Making Your Own Spa Treatments

  1. Dip yourself in our Chocolate Soak
Mix 1/2 cup of dried milk powder (or soy milk) with 3 oz. of powdered unsweetened chocolate. Stir into 1 cup of unscented bubble bath if you wish. Add to your bath until you feel like melting.

  2. Steep your soul in our Rosemary Herbal Bath
For this mixture, you’ll need a clean muslin drawstring bag, which is easily obtainable at your local natural-foods store. Mix together cup each of dried sage and rosemary. Next add 2 tbsp. each of oatmeal, dried parsley and coarse bath salts. Fill the muslin bag with the mixture and cinch it tight, then hang your bath tea bag directly beneath the cascade of your bath tap.

  3. Sooth your skin with Aloe Vera Bath Salts
Add a small amount of aloe vera oil or dehydrated aloe vera gel to Epsom salts or sea salt. Add to a lukewarm bath to ease sore muscles and soothe your skin.
